SS3300 internal cabinet storage

We purchased this SS3300 (2013) last year when we traded in our 25' Chateau to gain more storage space and a better bed. Here is the plaguing issue with the DW and the storage inside the coach. DW is 5'2" and stores all the canned goods, cereal etc in the overhead cabinets above the dinette. The problem=
the inside of the cabinets are dark and above her head. She is tired of trying to "find" things that are hiding up there. Looking for ideas on how others have set up their cabinets to eliminate this frustration. DW has pots/pans stored in the large pull out drawers which are under the dinette seats. Small light items like storage containers etc are stored over the sink in the cabinets directly above the sink.
DW is looking for any suggestions that may improve her living experience while on the road.
Secondly, the 12 volt lights typical in these units are at eye level for her and are driving her nuts. Any fix for this? I have tried installing tape on the inside of the lamp housing at the sink to reduce the glare to her eyes but it does not help much. Your thoughts?
Thank you in advance for any tips.

I would go with a peel and stick single led strip light inside the top front of the cabinet (next to door, dacing towards the back). They can be cut to the needed lenght with scissors and are as cheap as 3 buck for 16 ft. With just the 3 buck lights you could havest 12v power from a near existing light, or spend 20 bucks for one with a 120v to 12v transformer that includes a wireless remote.

I swaped out a bad set of awning leds (waterproof) for less then 20 bucks.

Platform shoes?

Just kidding.

I haven't done this to our RV, but in the home kitchen where I added under cabinet lighting I boxed in the light with some 1×2 (which is really 3/4 x 1-1/2).
I drilled and attached with finishing nails.
Another project required more shading so I used a 1× 3 attached with a bracket similar to the valance between cabinets over a kitchen sink.
Hope that makes sense.

X2 on the peel and stick led strip for inside cabinets.
