Stereo - 2014 Sunseeker

I’m sure this is a dumb question and I apologize for it in advance, but….can I leave the stereo on (the Jensen) to play music throughout the house when plugged into shore power without draining the truck battery?

Thanks

Is this Jensen in the dash or the actual house?
I have a radio in the dash, powered by the truck battery. Turnoff th3 ignition, the radio stops.
My Jensen in the house, works off the house batteries under the entrance steps.

I had a Jensen in my 2015 Forester, it was connected to the chassis and the house batteries. You should be able to tell by having the ignition off and the if Jensen still works then try the battery disconnect.
Mine is the DVD player for the main tv and puts the tv audio through the cabin speakers.
I’ve since replaced it with a Pioneer unit with Apple car play.

If you radio is like Tombsy's, then you should be able to play the radio while hooked up to shorepower and not deplete the truck battery.
Just to reinforce what he said...If when the truck is off and when you hit the battery disconnect, the radio goes off, then it's connected to the chassis battery which charges through shorepower.

I would run my Jensen for hours while at my campsites and never a problem.

On our 2014 Forester the Jensen radio is connected to the house batteries.
