Anyone know what type and what amp hours stock Batteries in a 2022 sunseeker would be?

Maybe

Normally FR uses group 27 fla dual use deep cycle batteries. The average battery of that size and type is normally 90 - 100 ah rated. Numbers as low as 70 and as high as 115 can be found. Since you have two in parallel you will have about 100 Ah useable under proper use conditions.

If you want an exact answer you will need to find the manufacture/model number of your battery. No guarantee that FR uses the same brand unit to unit these days with supply chain issues being what they are.

The dealer drops the battery on the frame. On mine I got a 65Ah battery so I added a second to give me a little more. I've since bumped up to LiFePO4.

That’s probably true for your bumper pull travel trailer but are you sure it’s the same for the OP’s motor home?

Forester and Sunseeker motorhomes come from their Forest River factory with the chassis and house batteries already installed. You seem to be giving advice that applies to a travel trailer, but that is not what is being discussed in this Forester and Sunseeker motorhome subforum.

If in doubt about the RV type being discussed, or the forum you’re posting in, look first.

Today I learned;

Always learning. The dealer dropped the battery on mine when I picked it up. Makes me wonder about factory installed batteries sitting around being attacked by the parasites until the rig is sold. Who knew, obviously everyone else.

As for factory installed battery freshness, I suppose it's no different than new cars sitting on dealer lots waiting to be sold for who knows how long. For that matter, even if a dealer installs a travel trailer battery, there is no guarantee the battery they install is fresh and was properly maintained.

Yes, the way an RV dealer cares for their stock could be an issue. My dealer keeps all new motorhome stock indoors and connected to shore power. We actually picked up our newest motorhome within days of it arriving from the factory, so battery freshness was no concern.
