Question Sunseeker 2250 LE

Has anyone had any trouble with the existing bed that comes with the rig? I heard that there is a bump in the middle. I am not an owner yet and would like some feedback. I like the size of the Sunseeker 2250 LE, it has everything that we need.

Many thanks in advance

I have a 2250 and a fitted mattress cover and fitted sheet on it. Just push the mattress down and there is no problem no bump, at least not with mine. I find the mattress comfortable because I like a firm mattress. Some others have commented it is too firm for them. If that is a case for you, would suggest a soft topper.

Thanks Lou, I heard that 2013 you can get it for $48,000.00, how much the price increase for 2014 model? Many thanks for your reply about the bed.

No idea what, if any, price increase. The $48k sounds about right for a year ago. Even with a bunch of add-ons I was at only 50K. Where else will you find a 24' with a full size queen bed? For that matter, lots of larger unit beds, class c and a, are only 74" and at 6'1" I'm not interested. Was thinking of going to a larger unit in another year or so, like the Sunseeker 3010ds floor plan but not the small bed. The Coachmen Leprechaun 319ds has a full size (80") queen and will get my serious consideration.

The 2250 mattress should measure out to 80".

Hi Bclemens,

What is the difference between 2250 LE and 2250 SLEC?

nothing. 2250 LE is the overall generic model/floor plan designation. Actually should be 2250S LE

2250 SLEC is the 2250 on a chevy. (thus the C)
