Sunseeker 3170 floor replacement

Water damage causing me to remove floor. Including subfloor. Wondering what others have used for replacement subfloor and floor. Thanks in advance.

We replaced a portion of our floor due to a toilet leak. The OSB was replaced with 1/2 inch plywood. By carefully cutting the original linoleum we were able to glue it back down. We had done a lot of floor shopping and were leaning towards a commercial grade vinyl plank should it have been necessary.

Sheet goods is easy if your comfortable cutting. You can staple it back down and cover with shoe molding. Thinner click float vinyl works too but you have to be careful of any slides that transverse the floor.

If I was unfortunate to have that happen to me, I think I'd go for a couple extra dollars and use the outdoor "green" plywood that will not rot if it gets wet. (wolmanized is the name i remember) I would also paint the underside of the plywood with a good exterior paint and use stainless screws.

also, Remember that all the creepy outside 6,8,10, 12 and up legged bugs outside are always testing ways to get inside your RV. don't leave them a way in....
GOOD LUCK
