I am thinking about purchasing a set of Stabilizer jacks for our 32' 3170. What types do you prefer? Where is the best location to permantly mount them? Do I need 4 (2front\2rear), or will 2 for the rear work ok?
The only drawback with adding a system is that it adds to the weight of the vehicle. I used the http://www.powergearus.com/products/leveling-systems as I said previously it worked well. the control pad was placed by the entry steps.

Thanks Bill. I was thinking about cheaper option versus the leveling system by mounting a set of scissor jacks that I could quickly extend with a socket on my cordless drill. I'm curous about drilling\mounting them to the frame permanently. Any issues with this?
I have seen this done as well. My system was drilled into the box frame, when I crawled under there appeared to have been an area that you can see to attach supports, rear just behind the rear wheels, and the front was about 1 foot inside of the cab doors.
I was advised not to attach the rear ones to the bumper extension.

We put BAL scissor jacks on one floor plan from the factory. That has (2) in the back and one in the center up front. Seems to work pretty good.

We put 2 BAL electric scissor jacks under the rear of the 3100, they work good but very seldum use them unless the GDs come along. With just the DW and I they are not needed.
