Question Sunseeker Roof Question-Squeaky roof section-Help!

My fiberglass roof has spring to it ( like a squeaky floor in your home floors) in one spot ( about 1 foot square) when pressed on hard with your hand near the front cap......should I assume there is water damage underneath the fiberglass surface of the roof.....opinions appreciated !!!!! Not sure if I should seal cap with eternabond before dealing with this potential issue. No leaks were found inside the motorhome.
