Thanks...I'll keep looking around and will also check again with Ford...

Does anyone know where I can find a diagram showing how the swivel seat bracket for a 2013 Sunseeker 3010DS goes together? I want to install it myself and it came with multiple pieces.

Yes I would like to do that also. Where did you get the swivel base from?

For my 3010DS, I got the bracket from a Forest River dealer.
The bracket is made by Atwood part #486230.
I am still waiting to find out where to two flat metal pieces go.

We took the armrest off the couch behind the passenger seat in our 3051s to allow it to recline some. It is much better than no recline at all. This is the only thing I do not like and wonder if it was an engineering FUBAR, or done on purpose. I will be looking for the slimline doghouse because I can't see smacking it as hard as I did to remove while going down the road. Leaving it off is no good due to loss of storage and cup holders.

Truck, vans has a universal swivel base 110001 with 3 different bolt patterns wonder if it would work on a E450 ford 2015 forester? The one bolt pattern looks like it would fit. Any info. Thanks

1. I think they sent you some extra parts that go to our power pedestal.
2. I am checking on that now...we think the Atwood swivel per should just be in one piece.
3. I'll confirm that shortly.

OK, so I confirmed this with production.
Install the swivel ped first.
There are (2) flat metal plates, those go on after. When you slide the seat over (45 degree angle) that leaves a big gap where you can see the floor. Those plates are called "pinch plates" they just clip over that hole using christmas tree plastic bolts? push pins?. That keeps you from getting your fingers caught in that hole somehow when sliding back.

That is the mounting bracket we use at the factory.

The one from Atwood, slides the whole seat on a 45 degree angle towards the rear and center of the coach. So from within the unit (not having to open driver or passenger door) I can swivel both driver and passenger seats.
They are two completely different pedestals. Way more engineering and metal in the Atwood one...because it has to pass a seatbelt test AND slide on a track away from all the obstacles that prevent you from easily swiveling the seat.

Removing that armrest might be a good idea if I want to stretch out on the couch for some late night tv viewing also! I'll look into it when I get it home this weekend

I would like to install the Atwood ones myself as they are very expensive. My only concern is the wire coming out of the floor and attaching to the seat somewhere. ?Don't want to get hit in the face with the air bag or anything. Any suggestions?

I have the one from discount van and you do not have to open the door to swivel it

Swivel Seat Brackets for 3011
Where can you buy a passenger site Atwood version. I can't seem to find online anywhere.
Have a drivers side now and really like it.

Just an FYI for those wanting to install a swivel on the passenger side, I believe an earlier post by Brian states it won't fit after market due to the floor behind the seat being cut back on the build to accommodate it.
