Tire air

Anyone using a crossfire rear air tire system? It supposed to keep the inside and outside rear tires T the same psi. Will they fit with our nifty wheel covers? What pressure are you running anyway?

What happens if you have a flat? both tires go down? I would look at sidewall of tire to see what recommend psi is. IMO

Proper tire pressures are posted on a tag in the drivers door jam.

Tying the two tires together has several advantages. Easier to check and add air and maintains equal pressures and temperatures since loading between the tires would be the same. Since both tires go down together you are more likely to feel it or see it over one tire going flat which you may not feel until the flat tire starts shredding. Also the good tire probably is toast by then due to overloading.

TPM monitoring is probably the best option with or without crossfire.
