Wanted to share a quick note to say that indeed two folding bikes do fit in the jk 2door without rubbing anything. Just got two citizen "Milan" single speed bikes. The design allows the two bikes to sit side by side (tail next to nose) directly against each other seperated by rubber bumpers on the rear axles nuts resting on each others frame. We leave the rear seat in the jk flipped up and have ditch the bike rack.

Shopping now for a few "beverage" holders and maybe a new lockable storage pod where the bike rack went.. hummmm
