Toilet water keeps running

When the water pump is on our toilet keeps running slowly. Eventually it will fill the toilet bowl. Our unit is a year old now and this just started happening. We have played with the foot paddle and no luck stopping the water coming in the toilet until we turn the water pump off. Any ideas? Thx, Ben

My windjammer started doing that and I figured something had gotten stuck in the mechanism. While trying to work the foot pedal up and down to get it to stop I ended up breaking the pedal mount and had to buy a new toilet.
