Towing a small TT/toy hauler with 2300 RV

In the future I am considering towing a VERY small TT or toy hauler as a spare room/garage. I really don't need a larger RV full time and this would be a nice addition when needed.

Anyone doing this? How is it working out for you?

Thanks

Why not get one of those small box trailers. I see a lot of them at craft fairs & they can be sized all the way up to holding your Ferrari. Some even use them to camp, putting 2 motorcycles is as well. I don't think I would get a TT or toy hauler for this, unless I misunderstood what you wanted.

Sorry, should have been more clear. This likely will be a spare room (apartment for son LOL) more than anything. So having sink, fridge, toilet etc would be key. If I got the toy hauler I might throw bikes in it, but I am looking for another private space. It would be one of the smallest TT's or Toy haulers.

You'd probably have to park it in an adjoining campsite as most campgrounds have a rule of one RV per site.

I don't see a problem with towing a toyhauler as long as you stay under the 7500lb rating if you have a newer Sunseeker. I have a 24 foot TH which only weights 4400 lbs and smaller ones are even less.

Towing a small TT/toy hauler with 2300 RV

One of the places I get routine maintenance rents trailers and RVs and the other day they had a 26 foot Class C with a small TT in tow for a large family to pick up
I thought it was cool and they said they do it a lot
It really didn't look bigger than my 2860 pulling my motorcycle trailer
And I've rented pull through sites to keep it simple for hooking back up.
