I may be wrong, But I believe most front wheel drive vehicles with a manual transmission can be flat towed. But you need to contact the manufacturer to be sure. Also most owners manuals will explain weather or not they can be flat towed and what needs to be done for flat towing or otherwise, like setting the ignition in the Acc. position to unlock steering etc.
It is very important to understand what need to be done to tow any vehicle because many have very spacific things that must be done to do it safely and not to damage your vehicle.
