We have a forester 3051. We don’t have a trash can cover (the piece that blends with the countertop) ive googled and ebayed (is that a word?) and I’ve had no luck. Has anyone found such a thing like this?
Assuming it's a solid surface countertop, could you get a piece of Corian cut? Try to find a pattern that somewhat matches or complements the countertop?
That is a part you will need to get from FR if you can. I suggest you give them a call armed with your VIN. They will know what color. The size is probably standard. or fabricate a nice wooden plug.
Probably not an exact match to a 2017, but this might get you closer... #0379886 is the part number for a 2021 "Natural Sandstone" which is a gray/white marble swirl countertop (non solid surface). The sticker does include the dimensions. Hope this helps, good luck.
