Tuning versus Tow/haul setting

I emailed them. They said my 2010 year model may not report the data. What year model is your chassis? If it's 2010 or older I'll know for sure I should be able to get it to work for transmission temperature.

My chassis is a late 2012 production. Try the mode mode mode option to verify your can protocol. My OBD 2 scanner also sees the transmission data along with other data stream information.

Thanks for your response. I get all the standard data readings but none of the extras that I have entered will work. I'll try again when I get it out next week to prep for our next use: driveway camping for more house guests than we have house!
