We recently purchased a 2015 3010 DS that has a tv over the counter where the sink is located. The person giving us an introductory tour to the motorhome could not get the tv to swivel out from where it is mounted. I am wondering whether or not it should be able to swivel like the one mounted outside the vehicle? If it should swivel, do I need to apply force to the left or right side of the unit?

That TV is fixed on an H-Bracket. The H-bracket has "keyhole" type slots. You lift UP on the TV to get out of the bracket.
You could probably mount a swivel bracket to the H bracket if you so desired...
