You are not alone. If Forest River Service and warranty would work, we probably would not need this forum in this size.
Forest River Warranty is useless as you can not get it.

I have the Way Elite monitor being discussed on my brand new Sunseeker ts2370
I'm also having difficulty understanding how this unit works. I called customer service and do not have confidence that they know much more about it's operation than me. I would like a step by step procedure on how to set the monitor up. Temperature reads centigrade and rep. could not show me how to change to Fahreheit. Very frustrating.

I was sent a new monitor panel and controller, it's been working perfectly for the past month. BTW, contrary to another post, Forest River has been very responsive to my warranty issues. I have another 11 months of warranty, hopefully the wrinkles are ironed out and I will not need to call for warranty work. My previous Forest River product had some issues AFTER warranty and they were corrected to my satisfaction at no charge.

Once you get to YOUR RV's page you will be given contact information for service or sales


They sent me a list of companies that they work with in my area. AND made sure the job was completed ! Forrest river was monitoring what was happening with my repair.


The DEALER is not a part of Forest River... If you have problems with the dealer ............. Find another company to work with.
Forrest River paid a mobile Tech to come to my location ... NO out of pocket expenses for me!

Purchased a 2023 Sunseeker 2350le in August. I’ve been on the road with it for 2 1/2 months now. I’ve needed a jump twice and if I’m not driving someplace new I need to run my generator an hour or so a day. Still waiting on a response from Way interglobal.
When the controller shows night mode it is NOT charging. Mine now works off and on from time to time. Very frustrating but won’t be back home until spring. Such are the little things in life. ��

On such a new RV I would contact Forest river
You don't need to use the DEALER you bought the RV from to get something looked at
You have a warranty from forest river for the initial 12 months (or so)




It may also be due USER error that the starting battery is getting drained.
It should NOT be connected to the house / coach system while parked
The solar charger if connected to starting battery..... should not drain the battery


Before getting a tech guy to look (may cost you if it is determined user error)

Find youtube videos and or articles on how chassis and house batteries are combined ..
ask others in campground with similar RV's
even your campground host might be helpful.

OR just simply go to a dealer near you ... at a not so busy time.
ask if someone can confirm how it is suppose to work.
Buy something from them to show appreciation...

Just an update. I have been having issues since January 22. Have had four replacements all have been the same stuck in night mode. Contacted Forest River as well as way elite again. Supposed to be a new flashed version to solve the issue.
Maybe with Lippert buying out way elite they will finally get it right

Very frustrating but great support from Forest River

Elite Way

I had the same issue with mine with similar cycling, showing all zeros. I removed the face plate from its attachment, disconnected the unit from its connector and reconnected and all the appropriate parameters return to the screens. I assume this was similar to a reboot, but it seems to be working fine at this time, this is on a forest river Forrester, 2022 model

Way Elite solar

I'm now on my third replacement in just over one year. When I get off the road this winter I'll be looking for a different system. Anyone who has actually replaced theirs, I'd like to hear your opinion on what you changed to. thanks

Mine was replaced 4 times under warranty by Forest River not my dealer. It was replaced last time with a Go Power 30 amp controller. Have had no issues since. Hope this helps
