weighed our 3051 today

I finally got around to weighing our 3051 today. With full gas and propane tanks, my 220 lbs in the driver's seat, and the Blue Ox tow bar on the rear, the total was 13680. And that's with everything we normally keep in the motorhome. I figure my wife, the dogs, half a tank of water, and food will add no more than 600 lbs. So it's still close, but not as close as I was afraid it would be. BTW, its got levelers, entertainment center, 4 door refer, and the exterior tv.

Good to hear. Seems like all my dealers are loading them up...I get a little worried.

I drove my #3051S (over cab bunk) to the Truck Scales at the Pilot here in Fort Myers.

Outside TV, 4 door refrigerator, levelers, tow bar removed

Specifications:
(2) Adults (165lbs & 180lbs)
(1) small doggie (12 lbs)
2/3 tank of gasoline
1/3 tank of fresh water (122.17 lbs)
full propane tank
Compartments full with normal camping gear
No Tow vehicle

Certified Automated Truck Scale
steering axle: 4680 lbs
drive axle: 9680 lbs
trailer axle: none
Gross weight: 14360 lbs (GVWR is 14500)

Note:
I will be towing my Toyoda Tocama pickup during my trip. There will only be one adult instead of two. Some cargo will be transferred to its bed for travel. Hitch on RV is rated at 5000 lbs. My Blue OX tow bar is rated at 10000 lbs. (GCWR is 22000) this means both RV, tow vehicle and all cargo.
