Weight capacity 2006 Sunseeker 3100LTD

I have a cargo carrying weight capacity question for the factory reps or someone else who might be able to assist.
I've seen some of the concerns raised here about overloading your rig and possible DOT issues. I have no desire to harm my rig or cross paths with the DOT and have an issue with weight. I looked at my posted placards for the chassis (Ford E-450) and that was some assistance, but the Forest River placard (has *error* in the blocks) posted in my kitchen cabinet has me befuddled. By the way, the tank capacity slots were blank and that might have thrown the calculations off a bit... I have wondered what those capacities were for my own edification.
I typically travel with about a 1/3 full fresh water tank for hand washing and such on lunch stops and start out with empty holding tanks and water heater.
What am I looking at for cargo capacity (I know that is affected by tank levels, etc)?
Here are photos of the door placards and the cabinet placard.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Unloaded Vehicle Weight: 12,170
Net Carrying Capacity: 1880

Today's current weight on that floor plan is about 11,700lbs. We cut quite a bit of weight going to a laminated aluminum floor and Azdel Superlight instead if plywood on the sidewalls.

On our 06 Sunseeker 28 the capacities are....
Fresh-20 gal
Black-22 gal
Shower gray-22gal
Sink gray-22 gal

I don't know if that's what the 31's have or not though.

'06 3100 capacities are as follows...
Fresh water: 40 gallons (not including water heater)
Black: 27
Grey: 47

Wow, hanging my bike off the hitch (about 400 lbs total) cuts that capacity down right quick.

Is there any possibility of locating the galley holding tank capacity?

I got to poking around and found that I had scanned the brochure for the rig that the previous owner was kind enough to leave with the documentation. In that it looks like they have the galley tank capacity lumped in with the bathroom grey capacity. I'm attaching the brochure for reference.

I don't recall the 3100 having a galley tank. Typically we only do (3) tanks. Black-Gray-Fresh. In some floor plans due to location of the sink we would do a galley tank.

Wow, there is a galley tank.
It is located on the right side aft between the rear wheel and the battery compartment. Not a large tank by any means, especially when I found out this spring while de-winterizing that the galley and shower are tied to the same tank. I decided to see how many sink-fulls of water I could put into the tank as a reference point and the water kept going someplace. Would not stop taking the water from the sink. Opened the shower door and the shower floor pan was about filled up... Never did figure out how many sink-fulls of water for that exercise. So I keep an eye on the notional level as indicated by the panel.

I know I'm a little late to the party for this thread (busy summer) but I too would like to know the breakdown of the galley grey vs. the other grey tank as my 2004 3100SS has the following:
Fresh: 40g
Grey: 47g (split between two tanks listed Galley and Grey on CP)
Black: 27g
Propane: 9.8g
Fuel: 55g

Also, I made the incorrect assumption that the only thing going into the Galley grey tank was the shower water. Sounds like the kitchen sink also flows into that tank. I'm thinking the bathroom sink is the only thing that flows into the general gray and when the galley gray gets full, you can run that tank into the general gray for more room? Sound right?

Is your shower on the right (passenger side) of the coach?
If it is then you probably have the same setup I do.
Shower and kitchen sink going into a relatively small tank.
By small I mean about 10 gallon.
I have a "small" portable tank to drag to a dump station (bigtime PITA).
I did that last year at Fort Pickens campground in Florida, just about overflowed the portable tank...
You cannot transfer from the galley to the grey tank, not set up for that, so we are limited just a bit.
So far the only thing I've found draining to the grey tank is the bathroom sink. Little bitty sink with a big old tank... I remember that someone on the forum had the same problem and decided to re-plumb that shower drain to the grey tank instead of the galley tank. Only reason I can think of why the factory rigged it the way they did was to save time and money, especially since the grey tank is on the driver side of the coach...

Hi Chris,

I bet we have the exact same floor plan as my shower is on the passenger side as well.

In my earlier post, I said I can dump my Galley into my general gray--that's not true, I meant that my Galley dumps into my Black tank. I think 10 gallons sounds about right, which would make the general gray about 37 gallons to accommodate the bathroom sink. Not terribly efficient design!

If you want to know for sure you can slide under the rv and take a look. The tanks are usually stamped. It looks like a clock with a bunch of numbers and an arrow pointing to how many gallons yours is.
