Wet storage compartment

I have a 2014 Sunseeker 3010. The compartment under the water heater and refrigerator is wet. Like something is leaking water into the compartment. I do not see the water heater leaking besides itís been drained. I do run the refrigerator while itís garaged. However I donít see water leaking. Why is this one compartment wet? Where is the water coming from? Ideas?

You say storage is that to mean it is inside out of the elements? You say you run the fridge. Is it possible it your fridge drain line? Do you have the water pump on in storage? The fridge drain line would be the first thing I check.

It is out of the weather now. It was outside. I’ll check the fridge drain. No I don’t run the water pump. I can hook up fresh water but usually only right before a trip or a return.

i agree looking at the fridge drain hose.
it can leak in the wall and manifest in other areas.
good place to start for sure.

Can't answer your problem, but I had a wet basement compartment in a 2017 2500TS. Hurricane Irma came thru Florida, we keep RV in storage locked open lot. Came to inspect and fortunately all was good. But in checking basement compartments, drivers side next to the generator, had about a half inch of water in it. It is under the slide out dinette seating. Kitchen on passenger side, shower & toilet about 6' away on drivers side. No other compartment had any water. My guess is the relief valve I saw in it, but why is it in this compartment and what could have caused it to leak as electric and propane were off with no hookups of any kind?
