This seems to be a monthly question. Here is last month’s discussion: https://www.forestriverforums.com/fo...ad-216905.html

There are many more toad discussions which you can search for on this forum. Usually people suggest 10 to 30 different vehicles, then you still need to decide for yourself.

The Dinghy Towing Guide is a good resource: https://www.motorhome.com/download-dinghy-guides/

We have the 3011ds also and have towed a jeep liberty for 2 years. It's a 2008 model we bought and put some work into. 4x4 and easy to set up and tows really well.

2017 Grand Cherokee limited. Your rig will tow it fine. My 2800 has no problem.

We tow a 2017 GMC Acadia 4down. Put it in neutral and go. No fuses to pull, etc. Just start and let it idle every 5 hours of towing (we do this at fuel stops).Click image for larger version

Of all the suggestions you get, including the not so relevant ones from DP drivers, few if any will be from someone towing with new Godzilla V-8. So like BehindBars inferred, you get to decide how and what you want haul around based solely on your needs which you did not provide. Meanwhile, my direct response is in my signature block.
Happy Trails and good luck with your new C.

I’m towing with the new Godzilla V8. We tow an automatic 2018 Ford Focus. The only restriction on it is 70 MPH is the flat tow limit for the car. We have 7500 lbs tow capacity on our E450.

Have a 3051s and tow a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport.

Easy setup - manual trans in neutral, stay and play braking system on and go.

I have seen that Hyundai is no longer on the list after a certain year though.

Right around 3k lbs and hardly notice it is there.
