Where to install the toilet paper holder?
Our me 2501 came with the toilet paper holder in the box. The man at the walk through said that's so you can put it where you want. Another more suggested using hollow core door supports. Not sure that will hold up. We want it in a solid place that won't damage the wall in time.
If it was in the house we'd be looking for a stud. Wish there were specific instructions not do it yourself Any suggestions appreciated.

We put ours right next to the toilet. There is a little recessed shelf there where we were storing spare toilet paper, so it seemed logical to put the holder on that wall. I installed it and used four small plastic wall anchors; snug as a bug.
The pic doesn't have the toilet paper holder in it, but it shows the recessed shelf area I am talking about. We put it on the wall within the shelf...closer to the sink.

Attach it on the inside of the sink door. That way it's out of the way until needed and is attached to real wood. We did this and it's works well.

Looks about the same size as ours and we don't have any trouble. After all, you are supposed to sit, not dance.

Go to the Pottery Barn or a store like it and get a toilet paper holder that sits on the floor.

We have a 3051S and went to Home Depot and got a metal free standing one. I will have to get a picture if you do not know what I mean. It sits back in the right hand corner when not needed. For use place in front of you. Right side for right handed, left side for left handed. It work great and takes up no usable space and is never in the way, like all the others we have seen.

Our camper is a year old but I finally flushed out a location for our TP holder! DW is happy so must be better than rolling around on floor!

On our new 3051 we found a solid block in the wall next to the toilet. It even registered on a stud finder. Forester should mark that spot with a sticker.

There are studs in RVs too. One end of the holder is in a stud, the other end is screwed and glued to the wall panel. Still solid after four yrs and numerous rolls.

Self stick from Amazon. Threw the one that came in the box with the RV in the garbage.
