Window won't lock on Forester 3171

Anyone had problems with windows not locking on their Foresters or Sunseekers. Our dinning Table window won't lock all the way, no matter how hard you close it. When driving down the road it works its way open. Is there an adjustment on these or is it a dealer fix? Thx, Ben

In my Sunseeker that window is hard to close and it seems to help to pull the screen back then move the window closed. It kind of pops into place. I was thinking a dry lube, graphite or even baby powder might help.
