Amazing to see hundreds of balloons in the air at the same time. Early morning Dawn Patrol and evening Balloon Glow are something to see. Be sure to try the breakfast burritos from the many vendors.

We have plans to be there this year; but not staying on the grounds. We will be in an RV park; DW want's full hook-ups and 50 amps plus a little room to put the awning out.

That is something that we all should have on our bucket list. It conflicts with the Texas FROG Rally in Kerrville so I am not able to go. Good Luck and have a great time.

Was there last October. Stayed at the Festival RV camp. Close quarters but right across the street from the balloon field. Free shuttles from the camp to the field and back. Very convenient and well run (been doing it for 20+ years).
If the wind is just right you don't even need to leave the campground

Only downer was that we stayed at the American RV Park. We caught their bus to the balloon park about 4am, but were still miles away in traffic when dawn came and they started flying the balloons. We drove ourselves the next day and made it in plenty of time for Dawn Patrol.
