California Flooding

A lot of rain and flooding in Sebastopol, CA. Here's a photo of someones truck camper sitting on top of a pick-up.

This is not the first time the town has flooded. I remember 1986,1997 and others.

From what I can see of the camper it looks like it may be a veteran of previous floods.

Yep, I grew up in Sonoma County and it was a very common occurrence.
You could drive along the Russian River and lots of buildings along there, had water stains on their walls from the frequent floodings.
