Death Valley RV parks in November

Planning a road trip and wanting to stay in Death Valley for 2 nights in early November. It's looking like the full hook-up sites in Furnace Creek are full. Any other options for full hookups in that area?

thanks for any advice!

If dry camping is a possibility, there are many options nearby. Stovepipe Wells Campground almost never fills up.

Not enough to need AC. We have been there many times and no need for full hookups. Average high temp in November is 76°F. In fact, more likely to need your heater vs AC.

X2. We were there over Christmas last year. It was beautiful weather, we wore tshirts. Dante's peak was VERY cold, though. We stayed at the "CG" across from the visitor center. It was a gravel parking lot, but worked out just fine.

We will stay in Shoshone and make day trips into the park. The RV park in Shoshone has full hookups, etc. It is our first time at this RV Park so we’ll see what we get. Last week of October.

Shoshone is an interesting place, but a long commute from the Park. I like to boondock in DV. Go when the weather suits your clothes and you will not need heat or AC much at all.

I have been going to Death Valley for over 30 years. I usually don't bring an RV. I like to sleep on a cot above the rocks without a tent and look at the sky. Then it is easier to hear the wild donkeys and coyotes. It is easy to find a place to pull off the main roads onto the dirt without worrying about tearing up a rig. Staying in a remote part of DV with no one around is the best thing about visiting the Park.
