I will be towing a fifth wheel, are those two highways in good condition, and are there services on the two. I hope this RV season is a safe and fun one for all. Thanks in advance.

No problem Al with your 5th wheel.
I'm heading up to that area in May for 2 weeks and I have a 38ft motorhome and toad behind.
My base camp will be in Virgin Utah the I will use the car in Zion NP and around. Then on to Lake Powell and Wahweap Campground then heading south.
Take it easy and enjoy the views. You will find many RVers doing the same route.
