Jellystone Park Estes Park Colorado

Has anyone stayed here? We usually stay at Spruce Lake in Estes, and have also stayed at Elk Meadow. Looking for a place where the help is a little happier maybe. Never had a real problem at either place before, but I have been able to tell they are overly friendly like you'd expect at a campground. Then looked at some reviews this year as I usually do before booking and noticed that both places the reviewers had really rated them poorly last year.

Thanks for any input. We have a 42ft 5th wheel, so we can't fit into some places. Jellystone says no problem for us there.

We stayed there last June for two nights with our two pre-teen grandsons - we all had a good time.

I've stayed at spruce lake 3 times, the last being September 2013. Left 3 days before the flood. I found them friendly enough in the office but over priced for the condition of the place. Drives eroded, uneven gravel/grass pads. $53 w/ goodsam discount. $7./ day to fish the pond. But conveniently located to RMNP.
