Maiden Voyage from SE Louisiana to Sedona AZ

We pulled our 2020 Wildwood 3,800 miles in January 2020. We spent one night each at Travelers World Resort in San Antonio; KOA in Las Cruces; KOA Mesa AZ; KOA Albuquerque; and Barnes RV Park in Wichita Falls, TX. In addition we spent a week at Rancho Sedona RV Park. We enjoyed our stays at all six. Along the way we stopped at 9 different Love's, 8 of which were clean and overall satisfactory. Of the two Pilot stops, neither met our expectations. No fuel discount at one (machine is broken); and filthy restrooms at the other.
In San Antonio we visited beautifully preserved Mission San Jose which is just a mile down the road from the park; and we took the city bus which was very nice.
In Sedona, we played as locals at Redstone Bar & Grill where the Chef matched an International dish to go with each of 5 wines sampled at an event.
In addition to tourist area Sedona, we visited Jerome, Cottonport, and of course The Chapel.

Sounds like you had a great trip. I have been to many of the places you mentioned. I use Pilot a lot in my travels and always get a 5 cent discount per gallon with the Good Sam Card. They can give you the discount at the counter inside if the pump won't take it. You just have to insist because some cashiers don't know how to do it on occasion. The Good Sam Card will also work at Flying J but not at Love's.
