We are taking our travel trailer to the Grand Canyon next week and plan to stop for one night near Cima California to stargaze if possible. We'll be driving eastward along Hwy 40. I've searched the internet and found that the only "nice" roads are via Baker California but I don't want to go that far out of my way via Hwy 15.
Anyone have any ideas of a campground for an over night stay near Hwy 40 just before the Nevada border?
Riverside RV resort at Laughlin then go across CA-NV bridge and hook back on to 40 at Kingman. Laughlin is a casino town.
