The Patriot line is specifically made for a large Midwest RV chain, A C Nelsen:

Patriot

Would you say anything good or bad about their quality?

Price seems to be a little lower. Just checking

Thanks
Scott

According to a parallel thread it's just a rebranded (re-badged) Cherokee...

Yep, just a re-branded Cherokee with the only differences being outside graphics and maybe interior decor.
You should be able to find the regular Cherokee version of the Patriot you're looking at. When you do, go on the Cherokee and ask for feedback from other Cherokee owners.

My 2018 304BS is a PATRIOT. We loved it for the size. 3 slides 36' We have 4 kids with spouses and 4 grandkids. The first year...we bought it in 2017, we had everyone out for a camp out and the same last year. One son brought his TT out but only 4 slept in it and the rest slept in ours. It was actually comfortable. Only major issue we had was a neutral wire came lose in the trailer and took out all the 120V outlets. A.C. did a good job of getting it in and it took 8 hours to find it and 5 minutes to fix it. Outside of that, we've really had no other issues besides what others have had with build quality, but none was out of the realm of my limited carpentry ability.
