Question about SD camping

I would like to make my first trip with my new to me camper to Deadwood and Mount Rushmore area this September. I only plan on spending about five days. I would like recommendations for places to stay and things to see. Would be coming from Saskatchewan. An electrified site would be nice but not necessary. Prefer nature over parking lot camping. Twenty four foot travel trailer.

Thanks

We stayed at the Rafter J Ranch campground. Very nice place. We were in the Ranch Camp loop, very shaded. Link:

Yes!!! I've stayed here twice and it was fantastic. It's also relatively close to many of the area's "must see" attractions: Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, Jewel Cave, Wind Cave, Custer wildlife loop (Custer State Park), Needles Highway, Deadwood, etc.

Don't forget Badlands, Black Hills, Wall Drug, and the Corn Palace (where Lawrence Welk got his start). And be sure to visit Dinosaur Park in Rapid City! Great place for a picnic.
