Route advice around Spokane

So we booked our summer holiday with the kids this afternoon..
We're basically going through:
- Creston, BC
- Silverwood, ID
- Coeur d'Alene, ID
- Spokane, WA
- Oroville, WA
- Kelowna, BC
- Revelstoke, BC
- Golden, BC
- HOME..

Does anyone have any hints, thoughts or words of wisdom for that route? Places to avoid, definitely to see, etc..

Thanks in advance!!

Looks like a nice trip. Lake Coeur d'Alene is very nice, quite large.

We almost always stay in the KOA in the Spokane West Valley whenever we are there. The Spokane Falls area in downtown is very scenic.

Not much in Orrville but wheat. If you take US 2 out of Spokane, you can visit Grand Coulee Dam. It is quite spectacular. Spend the night at the City campground in Coulee City then do the night laser show at the dam. It is worth the 30 mile drive. Also in the area is Dry Falls SP (no campground).

We also like Kelowna. We stayed at a small campground on a farm. There are several similar ones in the area in orchards, etc.

We made our loop through the states and had a good stay at the Coeur d'Alene RV Park. Very nice park and decent sites.. We all liked Silverwood again!
We stopped at Camping World in Spokane and picked up a TMS for the trailer. Very helpful staff!
Then we made our way to the Grand Coulee Dam. We did a little sight seeing and took in one movie. Very worth the side trip!
From there we went to Oroville and stayed River Oak RV Park. Pretty much a gravel pad but we were only there for the night.. We went to the museum in Molson and it was a nice little surprise! Definitely a lot of history there and only 15 minutes from Oroville!
