Greetings:
I have not posted in a looong time. Taking a classic Clark W Griswold summer vacation this summer. Leaving the Smokies (home) heading west to Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce , Yellowstone,Tetons and Black Hills. As a teenager we took a northern version if this adventure. I have been to Yellowstone, Tetons and Black Hills , my kids have not.

So, I have 4-5 nights penciled in for Zion. Will day trip to Bryce for a day. We have a disabled 19 year old boy and may or may not have assistance for him. It is possible we do the hike up the Virgin River twice as one of us needs to stay with him.

Question,. If you had 4-5 days near Zion, what would you do? I am a mountain biker and if there is a good trail in the nearby National Forest please suggest that too. Thanks for your input. We plan on staying in Zion at one if the NPS campgrounds.
