Suggestions for safe long term Albuquerque
Hello all,
I have a long term business commitment in Albuquerque coming up in the next few weeks. I am looking for any suggestions for a safe long term RV park that I can stay at. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I stayed at Coronado Campground. I don't know if they do long stays and they don't have sewer. But it was decent.
Friends of ours stayed at Leisure Mountain. They said it was super tight but didn't express any concerns otherwise.
In September, we are headed to High Desert RV Park.

Enchanted Trails RV Park and American RV Resort on the West Mesa on I-40. High desert overlooking the city. We stayed at Enchanted Trails for about 9 months. Dirt roads and spaces but very pleasant and run by some really nice people. They are on the north side of the interstate. American RV Resort on the south side is also nice a bit less rustic. I believe Enchanted Trails is a Good Sam's park. Easy access to Albuquerque. I was working as a contract consultant. It was an easy 20 minute drive across the valley.

Thanks all. The places you all have mentioned are either booked solid or don't want any more monthly rentals. The balloon festival is making it very challenging to find a good place to stay.

West of town 7-8 miles is the Route 66 rv resort and casino. Brand new, full hookups Very nice place with security.

Long term Albuquerque stay
We stay at Hidden Valley on the east side at Tejares when we're in Albuquerque to visit kids for month or so. Not resort quality but convenient to town and I-40 is just out front. Inexpensive and we've never had anything bothered while here. You might check it out.
In fact we're at Hidden Valley now for three more weeks.

We have stayed at the 66 Casino and were very pleased. Friendly staff reasonable rates.

I really hate to tell you that it was 56* this morning and high today expected to be mid 80's. It's around 8-10 * cooler on east side of Sandia mountain than in Albuquerque. Think I'll stay here until it starts snowing.

We stayed at enchanted trails. No complaints. However, I heard that one of the casinos just down 40 a ways has new hookups available. I intend to check that out next visit. Can't remember the name of the casino now.

Albuquerque North/Bernalillo KOA is not bad. Right off I25 north of Albuquerque.

Turquoise Trail just west of town and in the mountains is a quiet safe working mans partm Stayed there in May for s couple weeks.

We stayed there last summer. Was a bit concerned going through the area to get there, but was a very nice place and completely fenced/walled in. I especially liked the "Beer" gate that led to a little brewery just outside. [emoji16]

Really depends on which part of Albuquerque you will be commuting to. If you are on the south side, including Kirtland AFB and Sandia Labs, you might want to try the Isleta Casino and RV park south of town and just off I-25. You can view their website HERE.

Turquoise Trail RV Park is east of town on the east side of the Sandia Mountains on north SH14 near San Antonito. Nice area!

I don't suppose you have military connections (Active, Retired, DoD)? We hear the base Famcamp is decent.

They do have a decent campground and two weeks allowed per stay, subject to availability which you can't book over a week out.

Thanks all for the responses. I ended up at Stagecoach Stop in Rio Rancho/Bernalillo area. Little more expensive than the rest of the parks around ABQ but it is nice and quiet.
