Trip To Corona CA

We're planning a trip to visit family in Corona, Calif. I've looked at a few RV parks via the RV Parky app but can't seem to find one near Corona that has very good reviews. Any suggestions?

I haven't been there, but always rely on accurate reviews using campgroundreviews.com

Search results for "Corona" - RV Park Reviews

We have family in Corona area and we like East Shore RV park, in the San Dimas/Pomona area.
It's a 20 minute drive to Corona.

There's also Canyon RV Park but it's right next to the 91 freeway and very noisy.

There's Glen Ivy but I don't know anything about it.

look at prado dam park. I don't remember if it is a city, county or sate park. probably san Bernardino or riverside county park. we stayed there and the rv sites are large and spread out. and not expensive

Prado Dam is an Army COE site, but I can't comment on the camping there.

I would look in the Lake Elsinore area. Lots more to choose from and you don't have to travel the 91 freeway 91 traffic is abominable. I haven't camped in that area since the 70's, so I don't have any recommendations, we just drive through there on our way in an out of the Orange County area.

Born and raised in Corona. Not many RV Parks around. Closest probably at Glen Ivy Hot Springs, about 7 miles south off I-15 in what is called Temescal Canyon. I live in Norcal now, but visit regularly.

Prado is a great place to stay. Large, separated spots, in a park setting.

Canyon RV Park, aka Featherly, is one of our favorite RV parks in the greater LA/Orange County area. It is nestled close in to the SR 91 freeway, so there is some road noise, but many of the sites are far enough away that it is not a distraction. Most sites are full hook-up, and there are lots of additional facilities for youngsters to explore. Try to find a site nearest the river that flows through the area. Not rustic, not remote, but close to civilization, including a large shopping center just up the hill to the West.

I live in Corona. Best bets are either Prado Regional Park in Chino - reserve through San Bernardino Parks or Rancho Jurupa Regional Park - reserve through Riverside County Parks. I've stayed at both frequently - prefer Rancho Jurupa but both are good.

I live in Corona. I personally would not stay in Glen Ivvy. Rancho Jarupa gets a 10 from me. It has a lake and water park. Nice.
