UTAH May 2022

Hello, we are travelling to Utah in late April and May 2022. Our accommodations \ campsites are booked and are now trying to figure out the best process for the National Parks. As a Canadian can you provide advice on which pass is best. So far I see the America The Beautiful pass at $80 but if anyone could confirm that it is available to a Canadian citizen. The other pass I have found is the Southeast UTAH Annual Pass.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

The government site says that it's available to 'everyone'. The other passes have restrictions that you need to be a US citizen or permanent resident. https://www.nps.gov/planyourvisit/passes.htm
Don't know about the Utah pass.

For information on the Utah pass go to https://www.myutahparks.com/basics/faqs/fees/
IMHO you would be better served with an annual America the Beautiful pass as the Utah parks pass is limited.
Southeast Utah Parks Annual Pass: $55/vehicle (includes Arches, Canyonlands and Natural Bridges)

Canadians (everyone) can purchase the America the Beautiful Annual Pass for $80. Buy it at the first park you enter. There is no reason to buy it in advance.

From the USGS website:
Annual Pass
Cost: $80 annual pass

Available for: Everyone

How to purchase:

In person: Find a location to purchase this pass at a federal recreation site.
Online: Buy this pass from the USGS Store.
By phone: Call 888-ASK USGS (1-888-275-8747), extension 2. Hours of operation are 8 am to 4 pm Mountain Time.
