2005 Georgetown color

I have a new to me 2005 Gorgetown 236 xl that I purchased a few months ago. 17,000 original miles. I have totally remodeled the interior...new flooring...new paint...new upholstery etc.
We have taken a couple of short trips and really love it. I have a couple of small scratches that will not buff out, so I need some touch up paint.

I cannot find the paint code anywhere for the blue exterior....not in the cabinet above the sink??
Anyone know the color?
Thanks............Tim

Wow! Looks terrific. Not many out there with the driver’s door too. Hope you find the paint code, however, I’ve heard some good auto body paint shops can figure out the code or make it so no one will notice any difference.

Remember, if the scratches have broken through to the primer or fibreglass, it’ll never be as perfect as a professional spray job.

Might as well post some pics....
Removed the massive factory cabinet and built a new one for the TV and fireplace.

Recovered all the valances, front curtains and the dog house.

Before and after on the sofa....found a real leather double at Ashley that fit perfectly......I did have to build a platform for it to sit on since it's deeper than the slideout.

Painted cabinet fronts and added a laminate finish to update.
Only actual repairs were to bedroom slide...changed out leaking hydraulic ram and replaced the hw heater element. Replaced the converter too.

Of course I changed the shocks out and replaced the front sway bar with a heavier one......much less side to side movement.
Still a whole lot less than a new one....or even a good used late model.

Now if I just knew how to rotate pictures

Paint Fades

18 year old paint isn't going to match any code. You need to go to a body shop and have the paint physically matched and custom mixed

OMG! I had never thought about that. Not sure I fully understand what you did but I am assuming.
My slide is 35" deep. I have found a very few theatre love seats that are the narrow. IT doesn't really matter that the seat hangs over the edge of the slide but by placing a platform under it would not really matter.
Can you be more specific as to just how you did it and what did you use to do it with?

TIA!!!

I cut some 1x4 strips and drilled some holes in them to correspond with the legs on the sofa bottom, so it would not slide around while driving. They are about 35" long. I screwed them into the slide out floor (make sure the screws are the right length to not go through the bottom). The holes I drilled correspond to the leg protrusions. They set off the back wall about 5 or so inches, but could go all of the way to the wall.
Depending on the sofa you buy, you have to do some very careful measuring when you screw the strips down so everything lines up.

We looked at all kinds of rv sofas, and the real leather we found was about 3 grand. Didn't want the fake stuff that flakes after a few years. Found the Ashley one on Amazon, but went to a local Ashley store to see in person. They came very close to the amazon price....about 1700.00
Most work was the physical lifting through the door, but the door was wide enough, since the backs come off the sofa.
Also cut some tapered shims to slide under the front edge of the slide out when it is retracted. Stops the bouncing of the middle of the slide when under way, and makes it very stable to sit on when going down the road.
Painted a narrow piece of board to cover the underneath front...purely cosmetic.
Need any more pics ...let me know......Tim
