The hand Brake switch actives the 12 volts DC to the LCI panel.
So is your parking brake set firmly?
If it is check the stich attached to the parking brake.

I may be wrong here but if the parking brake is not set the panel will illuminate (LCI flashing) and the Engage Park Brake annunciator will flash. I did check troubleshooting tree and it is confusing but a common thread for the issue is the ignition switch position. I wish there was a schematic (wiring diagram) for this leveling system. Also, sometimes I have to press the panel power button several times to get it to wake up. The system must have operated before.

Is the engine running or is the ignition switch at least set to the run position?

I'm not sure where the levelers gets the ignition interlock voltage from but the battery control center does provide ignition interlock voltage to various components. You might check the battery control center box for any blown fuses.

I had the same issue and the diodes marked in the picture had burned up. You can tell when you remove them if they have melted. They were cheap to replace. They are normally used for the brake/transmission interlock but since our RVs don't have that it seems Lippert is using them for the jacks.

I believe that the LCI gets its main power (not the interlock from the emergency brake) from a heavy duty cable in the battery bay that goes through a chassis mounted circuit breaker. Schematic attached (not for your model or mine but for concept purposes.)

This is good stuff. For my own personal reference I did remove both plugs from the battery control center board (eliminated all the fuses) and the levelers still operated normally.

I'm not sure how everything works but I can tell you that when my diode melted my house battery ground cable was having issues and I'm wondering if pulling through the engine battery is burned out the diodes. I ended up removing the screw where the house batteries were grounded and cleaned off the paint and reattached the ground wire and I've never had a problem since.

We went through the same thing and there is a fix from Ford. The diode powers both the lippert panel and the mirror defrosters. I had accidentally hit the defroster switch and it burned the diode. Replaced the diode and all is well. Forest River sent me a schematic of the fix. The fix is to pull the diode and on the back of the fuse panel solder a jumper across the diode prongs. I replaced the diode with a solid jumper, same effect. I have the fax from FR with the Ford fix out in the Motorhome and would copy and post it but my MH is under about 2 feet of snow right now.
Good luck on it.

Thank Trempert, Iggy, and Elsir for solving this issue. I will have to order couple extra diodes to keep them in my toolbox for future use. Don't want this problem while I am camping somewhere while the jacks are down.

Jim - thanks! This is great info. Now I'm wondering if maybe I had my mirror defroster on by accident (the dogs walk on the dash and sometimes flip those switches) when I put the jacks up or down and the amount of current melted the diodes.
