2015 GT 328TS Trip Report

I traveled from Tampa, Florida to the Florida Keys and back. My coach performed OK!

Average MPG = 7 (going down to the Fl Keys)
Fuel Burned = 55 gals
Distance One-Way = 385 miles

While in the Keys, I used my 5.5KVA Generator about 8.5 hours per day (no power hookup). I calculated .6/gal per hour fuel burn rate and used approx 42 gallons. Not bad!

I haven't filled up the coach yet to get the average mpg coming home. I will add that later this week.

Just thought this info might be helpful for someone doing some trip planning!

Statistics are always helpful. You might want to provide your cruise speed weight of coach if you weighed it. Is this your first trip, is the coach new (breaking in engine). That just puts into prospective.

Between 7 and 8 seems to be about usual for the V10. Doesn't vary much for me when I tow or not. Probably go a little faster when not towing. Are you related to Kevin Mullis?

Our 378 has averaged 6.7 to 7.2 over its life thus far, that's in mountains, on the flats, interstate and secondary roads. Sounds like your running about average. I foolishly thought my mileage would go up as the engine broke in, wrong. We do tow a vehicle and have for almost all driving. It's not great but it is what it is.

Thanks for sharing.

We have a 2014 GT 328 TSF and flat tow my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Myrtle Beach trip we averaged 6.5. Ran Gen while we stopped at a rest stop for the night.

Seems to be what most are getting from what I've read here. Data is always good to share. Thank you
