2019 Georgetown 31L5 reviews

Going to look at a 2019 Georgetown 31L5 tomorrow. Anything I should be on the lookout for or any major issues with them?

Thanks

Chris

Tire date codes. The four digit code is WWYY as in week of manufacture/year of manufacture. If it has original tires you're looking at three to four thousand dollars to replace the tires.

The 2019 and 2020 models were notorious for having a cracked fitting on the drain under the shower. Ask about that.

Thanks Ray, aware of the tire age, should still be good for a couple of years if original. Will look at the drain area closely.

Sorry for the delay in a follow up. We did purchase the 2019 Georgetown. Tire dates were 2018 so should be good for a couple of years. Unfortunately were not able to get a trip before winter set in. Got a site booked for May in Robert Moses Park.

Thanks Chris

I have a 2017 31R5, almost the same model. My interior is slightly different than yours…
We have the usual pleather wear on the driver and passenger seats, the couch/recliner/bed was pretty uncomfortable in any position, and the dinette is a little tight and uncomfortable.
Occasionally (no pattern whatsoever), the converter blows the three 25 amp fuses. It’s happened three times in a year.
We added a memory foam pad to king bed.
That’s it.
We love our motorhome and just wish that we could spend more time in it!
