I cant seem to find an answer nor resolve an issue i have with my HVAC.
The thermostats for the two units seem to be wired backward. The bedroom unit seems to register the temp in the living area and vice versa. The dealer/shop tells me that they work correctly and I am wrong.
I'm assuming the connections are behind the Precision Plex unit, however, i cant find a schematic for the coach

Dudley, if you could tell us the make and model for the coach, the moderators will move this question to a forum area specific to that make and model. The factory guys monitor those areas and are likely to give you the info you need.

Contact Precision Circuits, give them the year, make and exact model of your Georgetown, and tell them the front and rear temperature sensors were swapped at the factory. They will tell you what you need to do behind the touchscreen to make it right. See: https://www.precisioncircuitsinc.com/contact-us/

This actually is a very common complaint because the 2020.5 and 2021 Georgetowns were the first ones to replace the real thermostats with the touchscreen controls but no one caught it immediately.

If you want to try and figure it out yourself, look closely at each corner of the touchscreen. You'll see a tiny slot. Stick something in the slot or otherwise pry the corner pieces off. Behind each corner is a square-headed Robertson screw.

Remove the screws and the touchscreen literally will fall off the wall so be ready to catch it.

There will be one or more data cables plugged into the back. Take a pic so you know which cable goes into which plug.

Somewhere in the rat's nest back there will be the wires you need to swap, probably two per sensor.

As an aside, the TV splitter is in there somewhere. You might want to dig it out and assure all of the cables are tight.

Good luck,

Ray
