That ABSOLUTELY is not correct. I had the slide skis (the plates) added to my Georgetown slides under warranty and each slide has a plate for every roller.
The bed slide skis were added by the dealer and the other two slides had their slide skis added by the factory.
This is a massive error and will cause damage to your slide bottom. Time to raise Holy Hell. Send an email to the dealer with the picture and CC all four emails found under SERVICE when you do:

That dealer is incompetent.
Be sure to include your VIN in the email so FR Service can look you up and add your email and picture to your file. The same SERVICE people for the FR3 also handle the Georgetown.
