22.5" Aluminum Wheel Corrosion

My 2011 Georgetown 350 has corrosion on the wheels due to the center cap rubbing through the clear coat on the aluminum wheels.

Has anyone else had this problem?

If so what can I do to fix or mitigate?

Has anyone gotten any relief on this issue from Ford, Dicor or FR?

Is it from movement or is it from dis-similar metals,I just got GM to replace all the wheels on my avalanche because they used hammer on balance weights that caused corrosion due to di-similar metal contact, they put stick on weights this time round.

Had the same problem on my 2013 350, FR replace under warranty. I don't think they problem is fixed. Like DDC said, it's dis-similar metals and very cheap electro plating.
