364ts Tow Dolly Car Protection

I have a 2015 364ts and tow dolly (Acme tow dolly) a car behind. I noticed several chips on the hood paint after a two week road trip. Does anyone have advice on how to minimize the chips?

Nothing will stop all the debris coming off the back of your motorhome considering the front of your toad is only inches away.......imagine tailgating that close in real life!!!!

My toad has a few years on it and most of it's front is plastic so there won't be any rust........maybe just the hood is metal, but wadda ya gonna do?

Here's what I installed to help

Ultra Guard - 94"W x 16"H for Motorhomes - Smart Solutions 00016 - Rock Guards - Camping World

Here is a picture of mine and it has stopped everything. I had no chips on our 2012 Chevy Cruze and hope it will stop everything and have no chips on our new vehicle.

I am looking real hard at a protect a tow. It looks to me like it may provide great tow protection. I have read pros and cons on a rock guard.

364ts Tow Dolly Car Protection

I should also mention that I called a dealer to get a price on the rock guard that says"Georgetown" inscribed into a nice shiny stainless steel plate. I could be the proud owner of one for $620.00. I almost swallowed my tongue !

I used this one..Rock Solid Guard - For 20" x 48" RVs - Smart Solutions 00002 - Rock Guards - Camping World
Mounted angle iron to the frame, ahead of the hitch frame so it goes all the way across.

A stainless steel accent plate can be added to the ultra guard for about $100. If I decide to go with a rock guard, it will probably be the Ultra Guard.
