378 XL slides dead
Hey folks. All slides on the 2014 378 XL are dead. Plugging into shore power. Engine off. Breaker under stairs was tripped. Reset. Jacks work. Fuse in bedroom and fuses I can see under the steps are good. What am I missing? Thanks for the help on the stuff in the past!

Your post says "breaker" there are two "breakers" under the steps. Are both set?

BTW.....We love the rv! My wife and I started full timing in June. We have owned since Oct 2013. After 6000 plus miles we have found the floor plan to be amazing. The Ford power is great even pulling a 2005 Wrangler. We are headed back to the dealer soon to clean up a reallly short list of problems. Most issues have been self inflicted as part of the learning curve. This forum is great and I post this for those reading that I believe most post who gripe probably gripe a lot. The problems with the rv are so small compared to my ex sticks and bricks. I love changing my backyard everyday. So, while currently frustrated, we are loving the RV life....merlot helping too!

Check battery terminal connections on the hydraulic pump motor. Check motor for burn or hot spots, there is a reason the breaker tripped while operating low load slides.(Jacks are much larger load)

Not being by my 378 I would first check to see if the motor is turning when a slide button is activated or maybe just the solenoid on the pump
If you like I can try my slides and see what solenoids activate when the slide buttons are pushed but I wont be home for 2 hours
Let me know ifican help

No visible burn marks. The motor works fine with the jacks. I'm assuming there are three selenoids, one for each slide. None of the three slides work. Thanks for the suggestions. Still puzzled!

There must be a inline fuse feeding the slide button array on the wall. Never needed it but the jack panel supply comes from the hyd power pack. It's large white wire in rubber hood. Slides probably 15 amp, color? Remove switch from wall, you can measure for supply 12 VDC and supply wire color.
