Adding Battery Box

Hello All,

I would like to add additional battery capacity to the current location. See pic, my intention would be to add another battery box by bolting or welding. Has anyone done this? please share your opinions and pics. thank you in advance.

Marc, not sure but on our 360, when the entry step cover plate is removed, there is another battery box already installed.
Maybe??

I saw these in another thread in 2017. I copied the tray to install four batteries.

I latter upgraded to six batteries by turning them sideways.

Was the battery tray bolted or welded to the frame of the MH?

Bolted.

I also had Cache Camper enclosed the battery compartment for my Battle Born LiFePO4 batteries.

Battery racks for four batteries. (2018)

Battery racks for four batteries. (winter 2019-20)

Rusty angle iron on left & right supports the battery trays.
