Bathroom door hinges

We have a squeaky door hinge on the bathroom door. I tried to take it apart to grease it but it appears to be peened flat on the bottom preventing removal. Or am I hallucinating and they come apart?

For my interior doors I spray non-moisture attracting lubrication spray on a rag, then rub it on both sides of the hinges. I do this several times with a light amount of lubricant on the towel, opening and closing the door between each wipe. Works for long bathroom door piano hinges as well as cabinet doors.
