Battery disconnect not working

Just bought a 2015 Georgetown 360 XL.
When I first connect it to the storage 110V connection and turn the switch to disconnect, there was a click and all the house lights went off. As was expected. Now, I hear the click but nothing happens. Lights stay on. The click is heard from behind the entrance steps so I'm guessing that the relay is there but have not had the time to look. Not real sure what I would be looking at any way.
Would it be possible to thump the relay? Is it possible that it is just tuck?
I'm not too worried about it as I do a walk through the MH and make sure all is turned off anyway. In my old Class C (2018) I never turned the switch off.
Is there something that I should be aware of other than the entire MH is powered if that switch does not go into the storage mode?

If you're connected to shore power the converter is supplying all the 12Vdc items. Disconnect from shore power and disconnect with the switch and all power will be gone. Normal operation. Actually, if it can be on shore power while in storage why not leave the coach batteries connected so that they along with the chassis battery can maintain a full charge via the coach converter.

Yes, I think your right except the batteries would still be charging if I understand the system correctly. House power would be lost but batteries would be maintained. Is that your understanding?

I added to post #2. On shore power both coach power systems (120Vac from shore power/12Vdc from converter being powered via 120Vac)) would be powered. I just unplug the Microwave and pull the LP shutoff relay fuse and stay on shore power for months to keep all batteries fully charged.

Just to point out to a new Georgetown owner. The light bar in the battery disconnect switch will illuminate while on shore power regardless the batteries are connected or not. It's always best to actuate the top half of the switch to verify the batteries are connected if one wants them connected. Likewise, actuate the bottom half if they are to be disconnected. This scenario is only applicable while on shore/generator power.
