Bedroom light switch and HDMI cables...

I have a '16 270. The 24 year old Winnebago I had previously had a light switch on the wall of the bedroom that worked the overhead lights. The lights on the 270 have to be turned on by reaching up to the ceiling and flipping their individual switches.

Has anyone installed a master light switch on the bedroom wall? If so, where did you find the wiring leading to the overhead lights? Ceiling? Bathroom wall? Floor?

Also, the DVD player over the entry door has an HDMI cable that's connected to the kitchen TV but there's no output to either of the other TV's. I have a splitter and cables, but routing them will require intrusion into the walls as will the aforementioned bedroom light switch. Anyone do either or these mods successfully? This would have been inexpensive and simple to do during assembly but not after the fact.

Thanks in advance - Mark

Truly my biggest issue with the interior is the lack of lighting controls on our 2016. I am looking forward to seeing what people come up with.
